We carry a critical mission in engineering and execution of fire fighting systems and solutions with the latest technology to ensure the sustainability and risk management of the industrial plant and/or facility in question. We start with a comprehensive fire risk assessment and identify possible fire risks on the plants. Preventive measures are proactively taken to reduce the possibility of fires at the facilities. Fire extinguishing systems are installed beforehand for immediate and effective response onto the fires caused by electrical systems and/or during the storage, transportation and processing of flammable and explosive materials etc. Fire detection, monitoring and warning systems provide an early warning and enable rapid response and extinguishing of fires. Already-built fixed and/or mobile fire extinguishing systems on the plants ensure extinguishing the fire at the start -locally and effectively- and preventing the the fire spread all over the plant. Plants with such a fire fighting concept can secure the sustainability of the operational facilities, employee safety and prevent/minimize possible damage costs.

We design, produce and install compressed air foam (CAF) extinguishing systems to be applied for the protection of internal floating tanks used for oil or fuel storage. It is a fully automatic and pressurized CAF extinguishing system which is capable of extinguishing the fire at the initial stage. CAF generator with nozzles special for tanks and thermal lineer sensing are together designed and implemented to protect the entire gap of a floating roof tank. When the system is activated, CAF is automatically blown into the entire gap and the gap is filled with the high quality CAF agent within seconds . CAF quickly extinguishes the flame in the evacuated rimseal area and protects the fuel tank against reignition. The ability of quick expansion and generation of the CAF presents the ideal solution for fire protection of the fuel-stored external floating roof tanks.

We design, engineer and execute crossfire compressed air foam (CAF) extinguishing systems for the engine parts of heavy duty equipments in the mining industry as well as wind turbines, DG sets, heavy terrain vehicles etc. It is a hybrid CAF system that’s capable of extinguishing a fuel repelling fire effectively in many mobile or fixed engine compartments — indoors and outdoors. CAF and CAF mist spray are discharged from a single agent container and this unique CAF system -which is FM tested and approved- provides a very high quality foam to ensure the fire to be extinguished. A combined CAF and CAF mist spray is executed onto the flame with two different nozzle types to ensure that the fire is extinguished quickly.

We design, engineer and install helipad fire protection systems based on compressed air foam (CAF). Pop-up nozzles of CAF are designed, manufactured and integrated onto the floor of the helipad platform. When they begin to operate, they open to disperse the CAF in 360 ̊ and evacuate the extinguishing foam onto the flame. When these nozzles are not in use, they’re aligned with the surface. The system can be be used for equipment protection, as well.
